Street Performance Rear Lower Control Arms

The J&M Street Performance Rear Lower Control Arms are designed to upgrade the handling performance and traction of your 1999-2004 Ford Mustang, excluding Cobra models. These rear lower control arms are built with a robust 2-inch tubular steel construction, which is stiffer than the factory original, leading to a more solid feel and reduced body roll. The striking red powder coat finish adds a touch of muscle car style. A key feature is the advanced 3-part polyurethane ball bushing system. Unlike traditional bushings, this design allows the assembly to roll like a ball bearing, providing exceptional traction, particularly during cornering. The bushings themselves are molded from a specially formulated polyurethane to tight tolerances for an exact fit. However, assembly, greasing with PTFE grease, and installation of the ball bushings are necessary steps. The control arms are sold as a pair and include metal sleeves, bushing balls, and bushing cups. These J&M control arms fit all 1999 to 2004 Ford Mustang models, with the specific exclusion of Cobra models. This includes GT, V6, and Mach 1 trims within the specified year range.
