Overview

The Eagle Specialty Products rotating assembly is a street performance kit designed for engines up to 500 hp. It includes a cast steel crankshaft, Eagle "SIR" I-beam connecting rods, Silv-O-Lite claimer pistons, Perfect Circle rings, and Performance Street bearings. This assembly is externally balanced and comes with a harmonic balancer and flexplate.

The Eagle Specialty Products B15405E060 is a Street Performance Rotating Assembly kit, designed to offer a balance of strength, performance, reliability, and affordability for engines up to 500 hp. This kit features a cast steel crankshaft with a 3.750-inch stroke and a 4.060-inch bore, contributing to a 6.4L/388 cubic inch displacement. It also includes Eagle "SIR" I-beam connecting rods measuring 5.700 inches center-to-center, made from forged 5140 steel. The assembly is equipped with Silv-O-Lite claimer pistons made from hypereutectic aluminum, featuring a flat top with two valve reliefs and a +5.00cc piston head volume. Floating wrist pins are utilized for durability. The kit comes complete with Perfect Circle rings, featuring a plasmamoly facing material, and Performance Street bearings for both the rods and mains. It is pre-balanced externally and includes a harmonic balancer and a flexplate, though a flywheel is not included. This assembly is designed for a 2-piece rear main seal. This rotating assembly is sold as a kit and is balanced from the factory. While it includes pistons, rings, crankshaft, connecting rods, rod bearings, and main bearings, it does not include cam bearings, gaskets, an oil pump, a camshaft, lifters, or timing chain and gears, which will need to be sourced separately.
