The Solo Performance Street Race series cat-back exhaust kit is engineered for the Chevrolet Caprice PPV V8 models spanning from 2011 to 2018. This system aims to provide a deep, raw, rich, and smooth exhaust note on the exterior, while remaining non-invasive within the cabin, offering a 'Sound on Demand' experience that is louder during acceleration and quiet at cruising speeds. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this dual cat-back system features 2.5-inch mandrel-bent T409 exhaust pipes and a free-flow T-304 stainless steel stamped X-pipe. The kit also includes heavy-duty reinforced hangers, 3-inch dual polished T304 stainless steel exhaust tips with an inner bevel and staggered design, and reusable T-304 stainless steel band clamps for a secure fit. The entire system is designed as a completely bolt-on application, installable with regular tools. A key feature of this exhaust kit is the inclusion of Solo's tunable J-Pipes. The end cap is adjustable via a band clamp, allowing for fine-tuning of the exhaust note to match individual engine harmonics and preferences. This cat-back system does not alter or replace any emissions equipment, ensuring compliance with emissions standards. It is specifically designed for PPV (Police Pursuit Vehicle) models of the Chevrolet Caprice V8 from 2011-2018.
