[Street Series] Brake Pads

The DBA Street Series brake pads (DB2399SS) are engineered for the OE replacement market, aiming to provide performance equal to or better than original equipment. DBA focused on developing an advanced friction formulation to achieve a coefficient that surpasses current market standards. Depending on the specific application and required performance, these pads are available in either ceramic or semi-metallic compounds. They are best suited for everyday use in passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. These brake pads feature ceramic friction material, are copper-free, and designed as an OE-style replacement. They include chamfers, slots, and shims for proper fitment and performance. The post-cured TSP and bedding-in stripe ensure quicker engagement upon installation. Each set contains four pads. DBA recommends using their STREET SERIES brake pads in conjunction with STREET SERIES disc rotors for enhanced first-application effectiveness and a reduced bed-in time. Note that these pads are ***NOT recommended for towing applications***; for such uses, DBA suggests their Xtreme Performance range. The DB2399SS brake pads are compatible with a range of vehicles including the Jeep Cherokee KL (2014-2023), Jeep Compass (2016-2019 with 278mm rear rotors), and Jeep Renegade (2014-on).
