The IAG Performance Street Series Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is a V3 model designed to vent crankcase gasses back to the turbo inlet. This unit features a 1-liter capacity, a heated housing, superior breathing, and a unique baffle design. It maintains OEM PCV system functionality while supplementing its capacity to effectively separate oil from PCV gasses.

The IAG Performance Street Series billet aluminum Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is a V3 model designed to vent crankcase gasses back to the turbo inlet, building on years of racing and high-horsepower Subaru applications. This AOS features a 1-liter capacity, a fully heated cast aluminum housing, and a patent-pending baffle design for superior breathing and oil separation. This system maintains the OEM PCV system functionality while supplementing its capacity. The AOS captures fuel vapors out of the oil in ethanol-fueled applications and returns them to the intake tract for combustion, protecting against both oil entrainment and oil dilution far better than the OEM system alone. The V3 redesign includes an integrated coolant passage for better heat retention and a relocated heating system with swivel fittings for a cleaner installation and less condensation buildup in colder climates. It is compatible with all fuel types and standard ECU calibrations. Keeping oil out of the engine intake tract is crucial for preventing premature mechanical failure and maintaining performance. Oil in the intake can degrade hoses, lead to detonation and pre-ignition, cause smoke, loss of power, decreased gas mileage, and potentially catastrophic engine failure. The IAG AOS effectively prevents this by separating oil from the PCV system before it reaches the intake tract.
