Street Sleeper Twin Turbo System

The Hellion Street Sleeper twin turbo system is engineered to elevate the performance of 2006-2023 Dodge and Chrysler vehicles equipped with V8 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L HEMI engines, including the Challenger, Charger, 300C, and Magnum. This comprehensive bolt-on kit is designed for significant power gains, capable of producing anywhere from 500hp to nearly 2000hp. Standard configuration includes twin 62mm Hellion turbos, with options to upgrade to larger units such as 62/62B, 64/66R, or 68/71mm for those seeking extreme power output. The system features high-flow headers with massive 3-inch outlet manifolds to maximize spool and horsepower capability. Included is a large vertical flow 3-inch core intercooler, with an optional 4.5-inch race intercooler available, featuring the highest flow bar/plate core construction with full USA welded sheetmetal. The kit also incorporates twin Turbosmart/Hellion Hypergate 45 wastegates and a Turbosmart/Hellion Race port bypass valve. All piping is American-made stainless steel and comes with a lifetime warranty, complemented by heavy-duty silicone hoses and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. Additional features include high-flow K&N air filters, an exclusive Hellion oiling system for the turbochargers that does not rely on an electric pump, and all necessary hardware for installation.
