Street Sleeper Twin Turbo System for 5.7L 6.1L 6.4L Hemi

The Hellion Street Sleeper® Hidden Twin Turbo System is engineered to significantly increase the performance potential of V8 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L Hemi engines found in 2006-2023 Dodge Challengers, Chargers, Chrysler 300Cs, and Magnums. This complete bolt-on system is capable of generating anywhere from 500hp to nearly 2000hp, with twin 62mm turbos included as standard. The system offers flexibility with upgradeable turbo options, including twin 71mm units, and choices for intercoolers, ranging from a large vertical flow 3" core to an optional 4.5" race intercooler. Key components of this kit include high-flow headers with massive 3-inch outlet manifolds for maximized spool and HP capability, multiple turbo options (62/62B, 64/66R, 68mm, 71mm), twin Turbosmart/Hellion Hypergate 45 wastegates, and a Turbosmart/Hellion Race port bypass valve. The piping is constructed from American-made stainless steel and comes with a lifetime warranty, complemented by heavy-duty silicone hoses, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and high-flow K&N air filters. Hellion's exclusive oiling system for turbochargers is also featured, eliminating the need for electric pumps. This kit allows for significant adjustability, starting at a safe 5 psi and capable of being increased to over 30+ psi with an optional boost controller. Unlike superchargers that create parasitic drag, this turbo setup utilizes spent exhaust energy to generate boost, resulting in more power to the tires and improved acceleration times.
