Street Turbo System

Introducing JDL Auto Design's newest forced induction turbo solution for the 2022+ Generation II GR86 and BRZ FA24 engine architecture. It offers several turbo options, including Pulsar PSR5455A (up to 660hp), Garrett GT3071R (up to 475hp), Garrett GTX3071R GEN II (up to 650hp), and Garrett GTX3076R GEN II (up to 750hp). The system boasts a "NO CUT/NO Permanent Modification Installation" design. Key features include a standard EPA Compliant GESI Catalytic Converter, a 2-Piece Modular Down Pipe, a center-mounted Koyo Core Intercooler, and a Cold Air Turbo Intake. Charge pipe color options and blow-off valve options are also available. The turbo system is compatible with both manual and automatic transmissions, as well as Left-Hand Drive (LHD) and Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles. Optional Thermal Ceramic Coating is available to reduce radiant heat, lower engine bay temperatures, protect surrounding components, and add corrosion protection. Please note that power levels above 300whp and/or the use of Ethanol fuel blends (E85/FlexFuel) require upgraded fuel injectors and a fuel pump. The OEM overpipe is NOT compatible with the turbo down pipe; this requires a standalone overpipe or a combo pipe. A 3-BAR MAP sensor is required to accurately recognize boost levels up to 29 psi when tuned. Tuning and tuning software are NOT included with the system.
