Description

The ATI Super Damper harmonic balancer is engineered for Honda K-series engines, specifically the 2002-2006 Acura RSX Base/Type-S and 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si models. This street-focused damper includes 360° laser-etched timing marks for precise engine timing adjustments and features a single serpentine belt drive on its outer shell, designed to work with the factory serpentine belt configuration. Constructed with a durable steel hub and a 5.5-inch outer diameter, this Super Damper also features 2 rings and has an inertial weight of 2.20 lbs and a total weight of 3.60 lbs. It meets SFI 18.1 Safety Certification and is approved for NHRA & IHRA competition, ensuring compliance with racing standards. The ATI Super Damper comes with a manufacturer's 90-day warranty. It is also noted that some versions allow for the mounting of a dry sump oiling drive gear to the front of the pulley, a feature typically found on race-oriented dampers.
