The Racing Beat Streetable RX-7 Header is a vehicle-specific exhaust component designed for the 1979-1980 RX-7 models with the 12A engine. This header is available in 12A and 13B versions. It replaces the stock Heat Exchanger and is recommended to be paired with a Mini Power Pulse Presilencer to reduce exhaust noise.

The Racing Beat Streetable RX-7 Header is engineered specifically for the 1979 and 1980 Mazda RX-7 models equipped with the 12A engine. This header is also offered in a 13B version to accommodate engine swaps into the 12A chassis. While direct replacement of the stock Heat Exchanger may not yield significant horsepower gains, Racing Beat recommends substituting it with their Mini Power Pulse Presilencer to effectively decrease exhaust noise levels. This header is constructed for a precise fit, but it is important to note that engine-to-pipe and heat exchanger gaskets are not included with this product. These necessary components are available for separate purchase or can be acquired as part of a complete exhaust system. The header itself is a substantial component, weighing 45 lbs and measuring 42 x 7 x 10 inches (L x W x H).
