StreetGRIP Front Coil Springs, 1.5" Drop

The Ridetech 11242351 StreetGRIP front lowering coil springs are engineered to enhance the handling, ride quality, and stance of 1968-1972 GM A-Body muscle cars, including models like the Chevelle, Malibu, GTO, 442, Lemans, Tempest, Skylark, and Cutlass. These springs utilize a dual-rate design, offering a soft initial rate for comfort when traversing small road irregularities. As the spring compresses further due to larger bumps or high cornering forces, it transitions to a firmer, stiffer rate, providing improved stability and performance. Manufactured from high-tensile premium steel, the coil springs are CNC cold-wound and finished with a durable blue powder coating for long-lasting operation and consistent performance. The pair of springs is designed to provide a lowering effect of approximately 1.5 inches, contributing to an improved vehicle stance. Developed in conjunction with their technology partner Hyperco, Ridetech has crafted these custom dual-rate springs through extensive testing on their exclusive test track to ensure optimal handling and ride quality for the intended GM A-Body platforms.
