Description

The ACT 600145-02 is a Streetlite flywheel kit designed for various Mazda RX-7 and RX-8 applications. It includes a counterweight, which is necessary for installation on Mazda rotary engines. This flywheel is considerably lighter than stock, offering improved engine response and acceleration, making it preferred for street or drag racing.

Constructed from heat-treated chromoly steel, this flywheel features induction-hardened ring gears for maximum life. It is CNC machined and dynamically computer-balanced for smooth high RPM reliability, ensuring correct external balance and durability. The ACT XACT Streetlite flywheels are serviceable and can be resurfaced, with a maximum of 0.040” (1.02mm) material removal allowed.
