Overview

By tying the strut towers together, it transfers loads and reduces flex, which can alter static camber, toe, and caster. This results in improved steering precision and reduced understeer.

During spirited driving, chassis flex can negatively impact steering response and body roll predictability. This brace combats that by directly connecting the strut towers, effectively transferring loads and minimizing flex. This leads to improved chassis rigidity, more precise steering under high load conditions, and a reduction in understeer. The bar itself is constructed from a mandrel-bent 4130 Cro-moly tubing, offering a balance of strength and light weight. It is finished with a durable powder coat in either Glossy Red or Metallic Silver. The mounting feet are precision CNC machined from aluminum and feature a black anodize finish with a laser-etched Perrin logo. The two-piece design of the feet simplifies the installation process. This strut tower brace is specifically designed for the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Si and 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type-R models. It comes complete with the strut tower brace bar, mounting feet, mounting hardware, a Perrin License Plate Frame, warranty information, instructions, and stickers.
