Overview

The Brodix STS BR7 cylinder heads are a pair of bare aluminum cylinder heads designed for LS style engines. These 100% CNC ported heads feature 264cc intake runners, 71cc combustion chambers, and a 12-degree valve angle. They come with 2.204-inch intake valves and 1.614-inch exhaust valves, designed for an 8mm stem diameter.

The Brodix STS BR7 264 LS7 Cylinder Heads are a high-performance upgrade for LS-style engines, offering enhanced durability and airflow. These bare aluminum cylinder heads are 100% CNC-ported, ensuring precision and optimized flow characteristics. The design features 264cc rectangular intake ports that flow over 375 cfm, and exhaust ports that flow 240 cfm. Each head is equipped with 71cc combustion chambers and utilizes a 12-degree valve angle for improved performance. The valve sizes are 2.204 inches for the intake and 1.614 inches for the exhaust, with provisions for 8mm valve stems. The heads are sold as bare castings, meaning they do not include any internal components and require assembly with compatible parts. These Brodix STS BR7 heads are designed to work with a minimum bore of 4.125 inches. As they are bare castings, users will need to source and install their own valves, springs, retainers, and other necessary valvetrain components. The product also comes with a PROP 65 warning.
