STX Coil-Over Kit

The ST Suspensions STX Coilover Kit is engineered to enhance the driving dynamics of your 2022 Volkswagen GTI MK8. Manufactured by KW Automotive in Germany, this kit features a continuously threaded construction that allows for significant ride height adjustability, from moderate lowering to maximum stance. The "X" version of the ST coilover is developed for the everyday driver seeking to hug curves while maintaining road comfort. Constructed with a galvanized, multi-coated spring system and featuring aluminum components, these coilovers are built for longevity and corrosion resistance. The design includes a low-friction, pressure-resistant housing and a chrome-plated piston rod. A monoblock guide and multi-lip sealing package protect the twin-tube dampers from dirt and adverse weather conditions, ensuring consistent performance. The kit includes an adjustable spring perch, dynamic elastomer bump stops, and dust protection. Installation allows for individual lowering within the tested adjustment range, with front and rear axle thread adjustment capabilities where applicable. The damping is non-adjustable (fixed). This complete solution aims to provide improved handling performance and feel, reducing body roll and enhancing agility during spirited driving.
