The Silver Sport Transmissions STX Shifter is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock shifter in 2003-2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra T56 transmissions. This upgrade significantly enhances the driving experience by reducing shift throw by 33% front to back and 30% side to side, leading to quicker and more precise gear changes. Constructed from robust steel and aluminum components, the STX Shifter is built for durability and performance. The shifter features a Hurst pattern shift lever with 3/8-16 holes spaced at 7/8" center-to-center. This kit includes the STX Shifter with the Hurst pattern lever, a shifter dust boot, all necessary hardware, and complete installation instructions, ensuring a comprehensive upgrade.
