Forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum, these JE Pistons 314442L pistons are designed for high-demand performance applications within the Subaru EJ Series engines. They feature a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design to minimize friction and power loss through reduced skirt width and a shorter wrist pin for weight savings. Depending on the specific application, they may include skirt coating to reduce friction and wear and an accumulator groove to improve ring seal. Each piston kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. These pistons are made 100% in the USA.
