Subaru Aluminum Charge Pipe Kit

The COBB Tuning Subaru Aluminum Charge Pipe Kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic charge pipe on turbocharged FA24 powered Subarus. This upgrade is intended to increase airflow and prevent failures that can occur over time due to heat cycles and material degradation. Constructed from CNC radiused 6061 aluminum tubing, this charge pipe features a transition from 2.5" at the lower portion to 2.75" at the intercooler connection. An integrated billet transition smoothly accommodates this diameter change, allowing for increased flow while maintaining clearance for larger aftermarket radiators. The pipe is finished with a wrinkle black powder coat for an upgraded yet subtle appearance. Installation is straightforward, featuring a bespoke machined retaining clip with a ball detent to secure the charge pipe to the turbocharger housing, and a 5-ply silicone coupler at the opposite end to ensure a leak-free connection. Tuning is not required to safely install this part, but using it in conjunction with COBB's Stage 2 Power Package and an appropriate OTS Calibration can maximize its potential.
