Subaru CAN Flex Fuel Upgrade & Fuel Pressure Kit

The Cobb Tuning CAN Flex Fuel Upgrade & Fuel Pressure Kit is designed to enhance the performance and flexibility of your 2015-2017 Subaru WRX MT USDM. This comprehensive kit allows your vehicle's Accessport to measure the ethanol content of your fuel in real-time. By communicating this data via the CAN bus, the Accessport can automatically adjust fueling, ignition timing, and boost targets to optimize performance for any blend of fuel, from 93 octane to E85, eliminating the need for manual map switching. This system leverages the advantages of ethanol, including a higher effective octane rating that permits more aggressive ignition timing and a high latent heat of vaporization that cools the intake charge. These properties allow for increased boost and timing on E30 or higher blends compared to 93-octane maps, resulting in a significant power increase when higher ethanol content fuels are used. The kit includes a CAN Gateway Module with Harness and Bracket, an Ethanol Sensor, and a CAN Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit. Installation of this kit requires that you already have a COBB Stage 1+ or NexGen Stage 2 Package installed, along with an Accessport V3 and the appropriate CAN Flex Fuel maps. This is a sensor kit only and does not include the Accessport itself.
