The Ross Performance Parts Subaru EJ20 / EJ25 Metal Jacket Harmonic Damper offers robust protection against harmonic and torsional vibration, suitable for both stock OEM replacements and dedicated high-performance engines. Designed and manufactured in-house, it utilizes advanced technologies like CMM and 3D modeling, coupled with state-of-the-art CNC machining. This damper is rated for up to 600hp and maintains OEM pulley diameters, locations, and profiles for seamless integration. It features a proprietary Ross Tuffbond process for bonding, incorporating anti-vibration and anti-tear natural rubber. The assembly mass is optimized for high-performance applications, and it includes laser-etched 360° timing marks for precise engine tuning. Hardware utilized is grade 10.9 or better, ensuring durability. This harmonic damper complies with SFI 18.1 standards, ensuring it meets safety requirements for performance applications.
