Description

The PTP Subaru ATP turbo blanket is designed to fit ATP Subaru GT/GTX 30/35 externally gated turbochargers. This turbo blanket isolates heat to reduce turbo lag, lower intake air temperatures, and protect under-hood components. It is constructed with an outer layer of pulverized volcanic lava rock rated for 1800°F direct heat and 2500°F radiant heat.

Internally, it features high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool insulation rated for 2300°F peak temperatures, overlaid with a stainless steel mesh for durability. Each blanket is hand-crafted in North America.
