The Steeda subframe bushing support kit offers a targeted solution for Explorer ST and Lincoln Aviator owners seeking to eliminate rear subframe movement and associated traction issues. By effectively stiffening the chassis without the NVH trade-offs common with urethane alternatives, this kit enhances road feel and connection for more responsive, spirited driving. Each unit is CNC machined in-house from T6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum and features a limited lifetime warranty. Compatibility for this kit is specific to certain rear subframes. It is confirmed to be compatible with rear subframe part numbers MB5Z-5035-J, MB5Z-5035-G, and Lincoln Aviator MC5Z-5035-F. The kit is explicitly not compatible with subframe part number MB5Z-5035-F, and fitment for part number MB5Z-5035-B remains unconfirmed. To ensure compatibility, owners are advised to contact a local Ford dealership parts department with the last eight digits of their VIN to verify their specific rear crossmember assembly part number.
