SUNCOAST 10R140 VALVE BODY PUMP KIT WITH ENHANCED OIL FLOW SC-10R!40-PVB

This is a complete transmission assembly that includes upgraded Raybestos GPZ clutches, steels, a new factory OEM filter, a new upgraded 10R140 pump assembly, a new 10R140 upgraded valve body, and a high-performance overhaul kit. It addresses common weak points in the stock 10R140 transmission, such as the "E" and "F" clutches, by increasing clutch capacity and improving friction properties. The "E" clutch capacity is increased by 20% (from 5 to 6 clutches), and the "F" clutch capacity is increased by 25% (from 4 to 5 clutches). The newly designed thermal flow control filter features both fine and coarse media for superior filtration. The Pro-Loc valve body and pump modify the lock-up circuit to increase lockup holding apply fluid pressure and improve lockup oil transition time, reducing TCC clutch degradation. It also increases the lube circuit pressure from 6 PSI to 20 PSI, improving heat dissipation and reliability in demanding situations. The regulator valve circuit is modified to decrease the required pressure to fully engage the clutch regulator from 120 psi to 80 psi, resulting in quicker shift apply.
