The Sun Coast Converters GM-L5P-1053-3D is a triple disc torque converter designed for mid-range street performance. It features a billet triple disc with a billet stator and offers a stall speed of approximately 2600 RPM. This torque converter is recommended for applications such as sled pulling, drag racing, street racing, and daily driving, as well as for vehicles with larger single turbos or compound turbo setups. It is not recommended for heavy towing. For vehicles with over 500HP, billet transmission internals are recommended.
