The Sun Coast SC-47RECAT2-99502-4WD-LC is a Category 2, 550HP rated 47RE transmission assembly for 4WD vehicles. It includes a SunCoast Category 1 Billet Triple-disc Torque Converter. This unit is proudly assembled in the USA with high-quality components. It's designed for towing, hauling, or slightly modified vehicles and features a custom calibrated lab-tested valve body, high flow 48RE filter, new front pump bushing, Pro series Carbon Fiber band, new thrust washers, new Torrington thrust bearings, a SunCoast billet accumulator piston (four-ring sealing), a SunCoast billet intermediate servo (four-ring with improved apply pressure and release), SunCoast custom ratio billet band lever, SunCoast billet band strut, SunCoast billet band anchor, new overdrive and lockup solenoids, an upgraded governor solenoid, and a 23-spline billet input shaft made from 300 maraging steel. The included torque converter has carbon graphite clutch material and a precision-CNC-machined, forged billet apply piston.
