The SunCoast SC-48-4 is a Category 4 48RE master rebuild kit designed for 2003-2007 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 models with the 5.9L Cummins engine.

This high-performance kit includes a variety of upgraded components to enhance the stock transmission. Key upgrades include a billet triple disc torque converter with a 2,000 stall speed, a one-piece billet 23-spline input shaft made from 300 maraging steel, a billet rigid band, and a billet flexplate that exceeds SFI certification. It also features billet apply pistons for forward and direct clutches, a billet rear clutch retaining hub, and a billet output shaft tested to over 1,400 ft-lbs of torque.
