Description

The SunCoast Category 2 5R110 transmission is engineered for increased power handling (500HP+). It features a billet rear ring gear hub and a billet input shaft. The transmission includes proprietary pump and valve body modifications for crisp and accurate shifts. Key improvements include a "No Walk Center Support" and a "Wide Load" direct clutch pack made from SunCoast SCZ carbon graphitic material. The unit also comes with a new billet one-piece ring gear hub crafted from 4140 HTSR steel. A billet flexplate is recommended for optimal reliability.
