Description

High-performance 6R140 automatic transmission designed for 750+ horsepower applications. Features Carbon Graphitic clutches, custom machined steels, an improved heavy-duty 4-5-6 Overdrive Clutch pack (increased count, custom machined piston), and a new gasket, seal, and O'ring sealing kit. Includes a new transmission filter kit, pump bearing, patented SunCoast Dampener, factory recalibrated valve body, new Motorcraft pump, Deep Mag-Hytec Transmission Pan, Sure Cure Valve body calibration kit, Billet Intermediate Shaft, Billet Clutch Hub, and a 6R140 GUARDIAN Torque Converter. The unit is designed for 2WD Ford Powerstroke vehicles and addresses common 6R140 failure points, particularly the 4-5-6 clutch pack.
