SFI certified billet flexplate (replaces factory, one-piece billet steel, SFI 29.3). Allison billet input shaft (9310 Vacumelt steel, 50% increase in torsional fatigue strength, larger radius at turbine spline). Allison 1000 torque converters with custom pump/turbine modifications, TIG welded furnace brazed fins, proprietary trapezoidal clutch teeth. Billet C2 clutch hub (4140 heat-treated stress-relieved steel, lengthened spline .125", increased spline boss diameter .100"). Billet P2 planet (4140 billet steel, induction hardened, with machined SunGear). New internal wiring harness. Proprietary C1, C2, C3, C4 Alto carbonite/Rabestos SCZ frictions (waffle pattern, no center slots). Redesigned apply pistons with improved rubber compounds, thicker spring apply plate. Custom SunCoast apply plate for inside-out fluid redirection. Includes smart trim/clutch control valve and C2 clutch piston modifications.
