Heavy-duty Allison transmission and torque converter package designed for demanding applications (heavy towing, hauling, sled pulling, drag racing, daily driving). Engineered to maintain OE NVH standards while offering superior strength, reliability, and optimized performance. Features SunCoast proprietary C1, C2, C3, C4 Alto carbonite frictions/Rabestos SCZ frictions with waffle pattern for improved cooling, redesigned apply pistons with enhanced rubber compounds, and a thicker spring apply plate. Includes custom SunCoast apply plate, exclusive smart trim/clutch control valve, and items to modify the C2 clutch piston for durability. Each unit includes a new internal wiring harness. The torque converter has a heavy-duty forged billet steel cover, custom pump and turbine modifications, TIG-welded, furnace-brazed fins for reinforcement and lock-up, and proprietary trapezoidal clutch teeth.
