This comprehensive rebuild kit from SunCoast upgrades Allison transmissions to handle up to 600HP. It includes custom clutches, redesigned apply pistons, a thicker spring apply plate, a custom SunCoast apply plate for fluid redirection, an overhaul kit, valve body calibration kit, gaskets, filters, a modified sun gear, a new internal wiring harness, a sleeved C2 clutch hub, a billet SFI certified flexplate, a billet input shaft (9310 Vacumelt steel), and a SunCoast Triple Disc Billet Converter (forged billet cover, proprietary trapezoid-tooth clutches) with a choice of stall speed (1800-2500RPM).
