The Suncoast ALLISON CAT 3 700 HP TRANSMISSION is designed for 2007.5-2010 GM Duramax trucks. It features a billet input shaft manufactured from 9310 Vacumelt steel, increasing torsional fatigue strength by over 50%. The billet C2 clutch hub is made from 4140 heat treated stress relieved steel with lengthened splines for increased contact. A billet P2 planet, also made from 4140 billet steel, is induction hardened for durability and comes with a machine SunGear. The transmission includes a new internal wiring harness, SunCoast proprietary C1, C2, C3, and C4 Alto carbonite frictions/Rabestos SCZ frictions with a waffle pattern for improved cooling, redesigned apply pistons, a custom apply plate that redirects fluid for better lubrication, and an exclusive smart trim / clutch control valve. It's engineered for superior strength, reliability, and optimized performance under heavy-duty conditions, rated for 700 HP.
