MIA's Description

The Sonnax Smart-Tech input housing kit 77733-10KB is designed to address 3-4 clutch burnup in performance applications for GM 4L60 series transmissions. It eliminates the flexing of the weak OE backing plate by providing a stronger backing plate and increasing clutch capacity. The kit utilizes new GM housings with improved input shaft splines and added material for increased durability. The heavy-duty input shaft is made from 300M ultrahigh-strength steel and features a revised turbine end spline to prevent breakage.
