The SunCoast Category 4 E4OD transmission is a high-performance, complete unit for up to 550HP. It includes Alto Red Eagle clutches and Kolene steels for high friction and heat resistance. Features an upgraded heavy-duty 45-element intermediate sprag (53% stronger than factory). The TransGo HD2 Tugger Kit in the valve body improves shift quality, exhaust braking, and cooling, correcting common E4OD issues. Comes with a new solenoid pack, bushing kit, and carbon fiber intermediate band. Upgrades include a 300 Maraging Billet Input Shaft, 4140 heat-treated stress-relieved billet steel forward drum, dual load center support with bronze bearing, and a 300m billet steel intermediate shaft with upgraded splines. The integrated SunCoast Category 1 Billet Triple-Disc Torque Converter features a billet stator, carbon graphite clutch discs, CNC-machined billet steel cover, balloon plate, 4140 turbine splines, 4140 hardened hub, Torrington thrust bearing stator design, and is computer-balanced.
