MIA's Description

The Sun Coast Converters low/reverse switch checkball sleeve kit is designed to address wear in Chrysler 45RFE, 545RFE, 65RFE, 66RFE, and 68RFE transmissions. This wear in the low/reverse bore can cause hydraulic fluid to leak, leading to a loss of pressure to the low/reverse clutch. Symptoms of this issue include a burnt low/reverse clutch, delayed Reverse, or no Reverse engagement, as well as a lack of engine braking in Low gear.
