Built from premium materials and crafted to exacting standards, these leaf springs are ideal for both on-road comfort and off-road resilience. Key features of this rear leaf spring include its tailored design for specific vehicle models and load/height requirements, ensuring optimal fitment and performance. It is constructed from SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, renowned for its strength and durability, providing long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process is ISO9001:2008-certified and incorporates tapered, thinned leaf ends to effectively balance stress distribution. Furthermore, the springs are shot-peened and scragged, a treatment that helps prevent sagging and increases overall service life. For enhanced safety and strength, the leaf springs feature military-wrapped eyes, providing added durability and safety in the event of a main leaf failure. Smoother and quieter operation is achieved through anti-friction inter-leaf liners. To further reduce wear and noise, high-strength alignment clips are utilized, complete with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts. This specific model, the L43-163-R, offers a 30mm lift and a load capacity of up to 80Kg constant load, making it suitable for medium-duty applications.
