Super 30 Series Driver

The Juggernaut Super 30 Series Driver is engineered to enhance the performance of high HP small block engines, offering a significant upgrade over standard 30 series drivers. Tested up to 8,500 RPM, this driver is designed to leverage higher engine speeds, specifically recommended for applications running 4000+ RPM or Stage 2 and higher builds. On stock motors operating at 3600 RPM, users may not notice a performance difference and could even see a reduction in top-end MPH. The driver features an all-new design with 3 rollers and 6 springs, which helps to eliminate the need for adjustments and significantly reduces or eliminates belt slippage, contributing to improved reliability and performance. Key specifications include a 3/4" (.750") bore, a 3/16" keyway, and compatibility with a 3/4" wide asymmetrical belt. It engages at 2,500 RPM and is rated for over 8,500 RPM capabilities. The Juggernaut Super 30 Series Driver is explicitly compatible with all 30 series TAV kits that have a 3/4" bore, including Comet and aftermarket versions. Despite a slightly larger diameter than regular 30 series drivers, it utilizes the same belt and covers. Important considerations for installation and use include: some newer Predator engines may have crankshafts slightly larger than 3/4"; it is crucial to measure your crankshaft before ordering. An impact gun is highly recommended for installation, as hand-tightening is insufficient. Never operate the unit without a belt. One user noted that this clutch does not fit under the clutch cover, which was a disappointment.
