Constructed from 16-gauge 409S stainless steel and fully MIG-welded for durability, this muffler has an offset inlet and a center outlet.

The Flowmaster Super 44 Series Delta Flow Muffler represents the latest in muffler design, offering increased performance and an aggressive, deep sound. It's engineered as a direct replacement for the classic 40 Series muffler and incorporates advanced Delta Flow technology to enhance exhaust flow, leading to more power and torque. Constructed from either durable aluminized steel (backed by a three-year warranty) or stainless steel (backed by a limited lifetime warranty), the Super 44 is built to last. It features a two-chamber design with no internal packing that can blow out, ensuring consistent performance over time. The muffler's improved flow path radius is optimized for high horsepower applications, maximizing engine output. They can be welded or clamped into place, though Flowmaster recommends spot welding when using clamps due to the heavier materials. In some cases, cutting or splicing may be necessary to integrate the muffler into your current exhaust setup. Flowmaster offers a three-year limited warranty on aluminized steel versions and a limited lifetime warranty on stainless steel models.
