The Lindsey Racing "Super 65" is a high-performance turbocharger available in standard journal bearing or optional Garrett Twin Ball Bearing (TBB) cartridges. It features a 65 lb/min 61mm compressor wheel housed within a TO4E (3") compressor housing, capable of supporting up to 650 horsepower and flowing 943 CFM at 1 bar. This turbocharger can be configured with either a wet (water jacketed) or dry (oil cooled) frame for the journal bearing option. The TBB cartridge is exclusively offered in a wet configuration, requiring a water connection. The Super 65 is considered one of the best turbochargers on the market for the 951, offering significant performance gains. Lindsey Racing also offers an optional Billet Aluminum Compressor Wheel upgrade, which can increase flow by 10-15% over the standard cast aluminum wheel. For the 951 application, any Super Series turbo using a TO4E compressor is 1/4" taller than a standard turbo. Lindsey Racing performs modifications to ensure this turbo mounts directly under the stock or Lindsey Racing intake manifold. Standard journal bearing turbos come with a "DRY" or "WET" hardware/install kit, while TBB turbos include specific fittings, requiring customer adaptation for water and oil connections.
