Super Alloy Exhaust Valve Set 29mm

Constructed from a modified 23-8n stainless steel material, these exhaust valves offer exceptional heat capacity and longevity, designed to perform reliably in temperatures up to 2000°F. Each valve features a chrome polished stem, providing a smooth, durable finish that enhances lubricity, especially when used with GSC Manganese bronze valve guides. The valve heads are swirl polished and backcut to promote optimal airflow while minimizing weight, which allows for higher RPM operation, increased boost pressure, and the use of more aggressive cam profiles without demanding higher valve spring seat pressures. The stems are micro-polished to reduce oil retention and drag, ensuring smoother valve motion. This optimization minimizes the need for valve spring shims and maximizes the performance of GSC's spring and retainer kits. The valves are compatible with OEM keepers/locks, though replacement of non-performance locks is suggested for optimal results. This set includes eight standard-size (29mm head diameter) exhaust valves, with specific dimensions including a 95.15mm length and a 5.5mm stem diameter. They are intended as a performance upgrade for engine rebuilds and modifications.
