The 3M Products 06380 is an automotive trim attachment tape designed for versatile use. It features a 1.52 mm closed-cell acrylic foam core that provides strength, conformability, and excellent stress relaxation. A high-performance acrylic adhesive on both sides ensures high peel and shear adhesion and resists plasticizers.

This tape is suitable for permanent attachment of automotive components such as cladding, bumper trim, and rocker panel moldings to traditional automotive paint systems. Its viscoelastic properties allow it to elongate and relax under load, minimizing stress on the bond line for a reliable bond. The 0.5-inch width is ideal for a variety of components, and the red 3M-branded liner allows for easy one-piece application.
