The JLT Performance SUPER Big Air Cold Air Intake is engineered to significantly boost performance in 2010-2014 Shelby GT500 Mustangs that have an aftermarket Whipple Supercharger installed. By replacing the restrictive factory air box, this intake allows for improved airflow, which translates to substantial gains in horsepower and torque. Key features include a massive 148mm MAF housing, noted as the largest available on the market, specifically designed for high-output supercharged applications. It comes equipped with a 6" x 9" high-flow, reusable S&B Power Stack air filter, offering a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable filters. The intake tube is constructed from durable plastic. However, a critical requirement for this intake is a computer tune; reprogramming the vehicle's ECU is necessary for optimal performance and to prevent potential issues.
