The JLT Performance Super Big Air Intake Kit is a high-flow induction system designed specifically for 2007-2009 Ford Mustang GT500 vehicles modified to produce 800+ horsepower. This kit is configured to integrate with the Kenne Bell 75mm throttle body, utilizing a 5.5-inch diameter at the throttle body connection and a 6-inch diameter at the filter to maximize airflow capacity for high-output forced induction setups. Constructed from durable, thick roto-molded plastic tubing, this intake features a specialized black textured finish and includes a high-flow red filter. Due to the significant increase in airflow, a custom ECU tune is strictly required for safe operation and to prevent engine damage. Installation requires careful adjustment of the intake tube within the throttle body coupler to ensure proper fitment. Clamps should be tightened only to a finger-tight state, as over-tightening can compromise the plastic components. This kit is a specialized solution intended exclusively for high-horsepower builds utilizing the specified Kenne Bell throttle body configuration.
