The Yukon Gear & Axle RAA440-1376B is a SUPER Dana 30 Axle Assembly for 2002-2005 Ford Explorer models with a 3.73 gear ratio. Zumbrota Drivetrain Axle Assemblies are rebuilt to the highest quality standards, undergoing thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected and tested. Bearings and seals are replaced, and gear backlash is precisely set for optimal tooth contact patterns, correct rolling torque, proper lubrication, and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected for OEM standard straightness, and an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure is used for internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes, and all housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, ensuring 100% inspection of all internal parts and replacement of wear components.
