Super Damper Harmonic Balancer

The ATI Super Damper Harmonic Balancer is engineered as the only crankshaft damper exclusively for high-performance engines. It features inner and outer shells constructed from either aluminum or steel, enclosing a steel inertia weight. This inertia weight includes six (for a 2-ring design) or eight (for a 3-ring design) computer-machined grooves designed to retain the proper durometer O-rings, which have been dyno-tested for each specific application. This harmonic balancer exceeds SFI 18.1 specifications and features a black zinc chromate finish. It also includes laser-engraved 360-degree timing marks for precise engine tuning. The damper effectively eliminates torsional crankshaft vibrations, contributing to a more efficient and powerful engine operation. It is also OEM equipment on a variety of crate engines, showcasing its quality and performance.
