ATI Performance Products is proud to introduce its Super Damper for 2014+ Mini Cooper S that is a direct replacement for the OEM damper 11-23-8-602-800. This damper has over 1 year of on car testing with Way Motor Works. ATI Damper Part #917999 has a 6.08" outer diameter and retains the OEM serpentine belt locations and size. The damper comes with laser-etched timing marks and exceeds SFI 18.1 Safety Certification for competition use and is available direct from ATI and Way Motor Works. We also recommend 4 new OEM bolts - 11 23 8 585 2200. OEM dampers are optimally tuned to a narrow band of “perceived normal driving conditions” and do not perform well outside of those limits. The ATI Super Damper can handle any engine speeds and driving conditions that get thrown at it to better protect your engine.
