The Espelir Super DOWNSUS lowering springs are engineered to provide a significant drop for the Honda S2000 (00-09), offering a more aggressive appearance while maintaining a comfortable ride suitable for daily driving. These springs feature a 20% to 30% increase in spring rate compared to stock, with front rates at 313 lb/in and rear rates at 392 lb/in. This enhancement contributes to a more stable and responsive feel. Constructed from durable SAE9254 and SAE9254MHT materials, the springs undergo a rigorous three-step shot peening process to ensure exceptional durability. They are finished with an epoxy resin powder coating for added protection and feature the iconic Espelir blue color. The design aims to keep a proper stroke during compression and minimize fatigue, ensuring a consistent performance. These springs are designed to lower the vehicle by 30mm to 70mm, achieving a lower center of gravity and a more athletic stance. The ground clearance is maintained at a usable 90mm, balancing aesthetics with practicality. The set includes both front and rear springs, providing a complete suspension upgrade for the specified Honda S2000 models.
