The Fujitsubo Super EX BASIC VERSION Headers are designed for the AE86 Corolla Levin and Sprinter Trueno. These headers feature a pipe diameter of 42.7-50.8mm. The product offers an increase in peak power from 85.4kW to 91.4kW and peak torque from 142.1N･m to 146N･m compared to stock.

Constructed with Fujitsubo's unique processing technology, these headers aim to improve exhaust efficiency and engine response. The design utilizes various collection shapes to optimize engine characteristics. While maintaining the material and design of the SuperEX series, this model omits the final polishing process to achieve a more reasonable price.

The Fujitsubo Super EX BASIC VERSION Headers are specifically engineered for the AE86 Corolla Levin and AE86 Sprinter Trueno models equipped with the 4A-GE engine, produced between May 1983 and May 1987 (S58.05 to S62.05). These headers feature a dual-diameter pipe construction, ranging from 42.7mm to 50.8mm. Utilizing Fujitsubo's proprietary technology, the Super EX BASIC VERSION aims to enhance exhaust efficiency and boost engine response. The design incorporates carefully selected collection shapes to optimize the engine's performance characteristics. While sharing core material and design principles with the premium SuperEX series, this BASIC VERSION omits the final polishing stage, resulting in a more accessible price point. This model achieves a peak power output of 91.4kW (124.3ps) at 6600rpm and a peak torque of 146N･m (14.9kg･m) at 5120rpm, compared to the stock figures of 85.4kW (116.1ps) and 142.1N･m respectively. Noise levels for this system are measured at 69dB at idle, 78dB at 3000rpm, 86dB at 5000rpm, and 102dB during mid-RPM acceleration (4000-6000rpm). The weight of the unit is 6.3kg. Please note that this product requires an extension for the O2 sensor wire harness and the application of an insulation mat near the distributor cap on pipes 1 and 2.
