The KnightSports Super-G Aluminium Intercooler is a high-capacity, dual-core intercooler designed for direct-fit installation on the 2018-2024 Mazda6 GJ GL SkyActiv-G Turbo. It features a dual 50 mm core design for maximum heat dissipation while maintaining the stock mounting position.

This intercooler offers significant intake temperature reduction, lowering charge air temperature by up to 27 °C compared to OEM. It also minimizes pressure loss, improving airflow efficiency and resulting in a measured power increase of +29.7 PS.

The KnightSports Super-G Aluminium Intercooler (KZD18203) is engineered for direct-fit installation on 2018-2024 Mazda6 GJ and GL models equipped with the SkyActiv-G Turbo engine. This high-capacity intercooler features a dual 50 mm core design, utilizing two high-efficiency 2-row cores to provide maximum heat dissipation without altering the stock mounting position. Optimized through streamlined side tank manufacturing and refined core geometry, this intercooler reduces production costs while enhancing performance. It offers significant benefits, including a substantial intake temperature reduction of up to 27 °C (outlet temperature of 37 °C compared to OEM's 64 °C). This improved cooling efficiency leads to minimized pressure loss and a measured power increase of +29.7 PS, with peak power reaching 268.4 PS (compared to OEM's 238.7 PS). The design also contributes to immediate performance gains in throttle response and power delivery. Technical details from testing on a CX-5 (KE2FW) with a 4BEAT-D in 5th gear at 5000 rpm (temperature) and 4000 rpm (power) show an inlet temperature of 143 °C (OEM 148°C) and an outlet temperature of 37 °C (OEM 64°C).
