The Kooks 1-7/8" Super Street Series Headers are designed for the 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L and 302 Boss Edition. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges and 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries. They include the necessary PY-8025-AL gaskets and SB-B60049 bolt kit for installation and connect directly to factory catalytic converters, requiring no additional parts or tuning.

The Kooks 1-7/8" Super Street Series Headers are engineered to enhance the performance of 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L and 302 Boss Edition models. These headers are built from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges provide a precise fit, while the 1-7/8" diameter mandrel-bent primaries are designed for optimal exhaust flow. Installation is streamlined as these headers connect directly to your factory catalytic converters and utilize a stock bolt pattern. They come complete with PY-8025-AL gaskets and an SB-B60049 bolt kit, ensuring all necessary hardware for installation is included. A key benefit of this system is that no additional parts or engine tuning are required for proper operation, simplifying the upgrade process. Kooks offers optional Jet-Hot ceramic coating in various finishes to further protect the headers and enhance their appearance.
